‘All the world's a stage’

Opening up a world of theatre and literature

With 60 years experience of bringing performances to schools, we are confident we can provide exactly what you are looking for. From your initial contact to the final bow, we handle everything with care and clarity – giving you confidence that your students are in safe, experienced, and enthusiastic hands.

Our Process: Step-by-Step

  • 1. Get in Touch

Send us an enquiry and we’ll get back to you quickly with availability, pricing and answers to your questions.

  • 2. Plan our visit

We work with you to choose the right play, date and time – whether it’s a full cohort either in the round or on your stage, or even a smaller group in a studio setting.

  • 3. Final confirmation

Two weeks before the show, we send cast names and DBS information, along with an outline of what to expect.

  • 4. On the day

We arrive early – bringing our own set and equipment – which we set up with minimal disruption, including our stage if we are performing in the round.

  • 5. The Performance

High-energy, actor-led storytelling bring the texts to life – tailored for your students’ age and stage.

  • 6. Go 'Backstage'

After the show, students can explore our online ‘behind the scenes’ world. Visit our Backstage page for videos, actor insights, and classroom resources.

Peace of Mind – Safety and Professionalism

We know how important safeguarding is.

All of our actors are:

  • DBS checked
  • Experienced in working with children and young people
  • Fully insured

We also carry out risk assessments and work within your school’s protocols.

The performance was superb and the context you gave throughout the play was really insightful and engaging for the pupils. We have had rave reviews from all the students.

Sacred Heart Language College, Harrow

The students (and staff) were totally engaged in the session. The performers were extremely professional, approachable, knowledgeable and kind. It has, without doubt, made a positive difference in the classroom already!

Neil Simmons, The Grange Academy

Thank you for another highly successful visit from the Players yesterday – it was hugely enjoyable and the feedback I have had has been very positive.
